He graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2000. After successfully completing his medical education, he pursued his specialization in <strong>Otolaryngology (ENT)<\/strong> at Marmara University, graduating in 2006. During his specialization, he gained in-depth knowledge in the field of ENT and dedicated himself to becoming an expert in this area.<\/p>\n<p>After his education, he had the opportunity to develop himself at internationally respected institutions. He participated in significant observational programs on <strong>facial plastic surgery<\/strong> at Harvard University and on <strong>sleep disorders<\/strong> at the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, he expanded his international knowledge by receiving training in <strong>skull base surgery<\/strong> at Insumria University in Italy. These experiences enabled Dr. Serin to grow into a multifaceted specialist in the field of ENT.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Professional_Career_and_Academic_Achievements\"><\/span><strong>Professional Career and Academic Achievements<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>After completing his military service at Kars Sar\u0131kam\u0131\u015f Military Hospital in 2007, he worked at Erzurum Horasan State Hospital in 2008. During this time, he focused on the needs of patients and contributed to the region\u2019s healthcare services.<\/p>\n<p>Between 2009 and 2020, he worked at various hospitals within the <strong>Ac\u0131badem Healthcare Group<\/strong> (Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y\/Taksim\/Maslak). During this period, he actively participated in structuring the ENT program at Ac\u0131badem University and served as the <strong>education coordinator<\/strong>. In 2013, he was promoted to Associate Professor, and in 2018, he attained the title of Professor, marking significant milestones in his academic career. These titles are a testament to Dr. Serin\u2019s dedication to scientific research and academic success.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Specializations\"><\/span><strong>Specializations<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Gediz Murat Serin has a broad range of expertise in the field of ENT.
